Oddly enough the conversation started by Hello fellow Vault Hunter!!!! Making me think wow this will be great customer service. Even when I typed in 'you still did not answer question 'X' or question 'Y', they still ignored the questions. They pretty much answered all my emails but ignoring 90% of my questions. They also had access to my character level and the amount of keys I had. I contacted Gearbox, After giving them metric shit ton of information that they requested, they gave me 60 keys back. So umm yea I lost everything over 220 keys my character all my money everything. I found this out when my latest update got stuck at 35%, not even allowing me to boot into safe mode.Īfter 2 hours of trying different things, I felt like the kind of person who trips and does everything in their power to recover from it but fall anyways (an every awkwardly I might add).I knew what I had to do.
